About the Principals

President, Larry S. Browning, graduated from DePauw University in 1975 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Political Science Major. As Owner/President of Evergreen Investment Corp. Mr. Browning recently moved his office from Indianapolis to Shelbyville to shorten his commute time allowing more time to focus on the major development opportunities located right in his home town. Mr. Browning directs all aspects of the acquisition, management, development, analysis, and disposition of investment real estate for investment partnerships formed by the company. Mr. Browning has acted as developer, exchanger, manager, principal and broker on real estate located across the United States. Mr. Browning is a past President of the S.E.C. (Society of Exchange Counselors), a director of the S.E.C. Education Foundation, and was the 2000 S.E.C. Counselor of the Year. Browning is also an active Board Member of the Blue River Foundation, a community foundation serving Shelby County.

Partner/Vice President, Ronald J. Bowden, graduated in 1974 from George Fox College in Newberg, Oregon with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business and Economics. Mr. Bowden has also taken numerous courses and seminars relating to finance and real estate, holding the distinguished CCIM designation issued by the Commercial Real Estate Council of the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Bowden specializes in single agency client representation to include small group ownership in income properties located in the South Central and Mid-West portions of the U.S.; but also does work on a nationwide basis as well. Asset Management responsibilities have included construction and development oversight over a wide variety of real estate ventures to include both land development and value-added properties. Bowden was also a past president of the S.E.C. and is a past recipient of the “Counselor of the Year” award in 1999, as well as a three-time winner of the “Yvonne Nasch” award given for having been involved in the largest number of closed transactions for the year. Mr. Bowden has been a speaker/educator to national and local real estate groups, and has been awarded numerous local and national awards for his activity and service to the real estate industry.

Vice President of Brokerage, Adam Browning, graduated from Indiana University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Culture. Mr. Browning specializes in brokerage and asset management throughout the country and property management in the Central Indiana area. He has taken numerous classes/ seminars relating to various aspects of real estate. Browning is an active board member of Shelbyville Mainstreet, a group dedicated to the preservation and revitalization of downtown Shelbyville.
