Leasing Services
Evergreen Investment Corp. provides leasing services for retail, office, multi-family, and industrial properties throughout the Central Indiana area. We are members of the major multiple listing services in Indiana.

Asset Management
Evergreen Investment Corp. has been providing asset management services for their investors for many years. In many cases we have our funds invested with our partners and we treat the management of their investment dollars as more important than our own. We have numerous investors who can attest to our excellent care of their wealth. Currently, we have over $100 million dollars invested in properties in the U.S.A. that we provide the asset management services for those transactions.

Property Management
Evergreen has primarily performed property management for its own portfolio of real estate properties. We have developed a partnership with The Acorn Group in Indianapolis for property management services outside our scope of expertise.

Development
Evergreen has developed numerous properties over the years for their own account and for clients. Evergreen completed the development of a 141 acre technology park called Intelliplex Park for the City of Shelbyville, Shelby County, and Major Hospital in 2006. 1031 Exchange Consulting
Evergreen has over 70 years of experience in 1031 exchanging. As active members and former Presidents of the Society of Exchange Counselors, Larry Browning and Ron Bowden have an understanding of exchange marketplace. We have completed many exchanges as both principals and representative for our clients. Our intimate knowledge and experience with the 1031 tax code will give clients a great advantage in being assured that their exchange goals will be met.
