Investment Property Acquisition

Evergreen Investment Corp. is continuously acquiring investment properties throughout the United States. Our specialization is acquiring value-added real estate valued between $2-15 million. Forming partnerships is another avenue that Evergreen has extensive success and experience. We formulize the goals and opportunities for the current market and client and utilize this information to place each client into an opportunity that meets their needs. Leasing Services

Evergreen Investment Corp. provides leasing services for retail, office, multi-family, and industrial properties throughout the Central Indiana area. We are members of the major multiple listing services in Indiana.

Asset Management

Evergreen Investment Corp. has been providing asset management services for their investors for many years. In many cases we have our funds invested with our partners and we treat the management of their investment dollars as more important than our own. We have numerous investors who can attest to our excellent care of their wealth. Currently, we have over $100 million dollars invested and over 2 million square feet in properties in the U.S.A. that we provide the asset management services for those transactions.

Property Management

Evergreen has primarily partnered with Alabtross Management, the property management company owned by principal, Adam Browning. Evergreen works hand-in-hand with Albatross in property management throughout Indiana area. Development

Evergreen has developed numerous properties over the years for their own account and for clients. Evergreen completed the development of a 141 acre technology park called Intelliplex Park for the City of Shelbyville, Shelby County, and Major Hospital in 2006. We have experience in bringing ideas to reality with our extensive network of real estate professionals. We welcome the opportunity to discuss build-to-suit projects with prospects.

1031 Exchange Consulting and other Consulting Services

Evergreen has over 50 years of experience in 1031 exchanging. As active members and former President of the Society of Exchange Counselors, Larry Browning has a deep understanding of exchange marketplace. We have completed many exchanges as both principals and representative for our clients. Our intimate knowledge and experience with the 1031 tax code will give clients a great advantage in being assured that their exchange goals will be met. Evergreen has provided consulting services in each of the areas of services listed above. In addition, we have provided site selection for numerous restaurant and tax credit housing specialists, assisted living facilities, and other multi-family sites.
